Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026. By using PracticePA you agree to these terms.
1. The service
PracticePA provides cloud practice-management software for accounting practices. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your practice while your subscription is active.
2. Free trial
New accounts include a 30-day free trial with no payment required. At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan to continue using the service.
3. Plans & payment
Plans are billed annually in Pakistani Rupees. Solo, Duo and Team differ by number of users and clients, and extra users may be added for the published per-seat price. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your log-in credentials secure and control access within your team.
- Ensure the client information you enter is accurate and that you are entitled to store it.
- Use the service lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
5. Compliance disclaimer
PracticePA helps you track statutory deadlines and organise your work, but it does not file returns on your behalf and is not a substitute for professional judgement. You remain responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of your clients’ filings.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and will aim to minimise disruption.
7. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter. We handle it in line with our Privacy Policy, and you can export it at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including penalties arising from missed filings.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination you may export your data, subject to any outstanding fees.
